I love Shirokuma Cafe!

I am so in love with the show Polar Bear's Cafe!! (also known as Shirokuma Cafe in Japan!) I know it's not a new show, but it's new to me since I started watching it a few months ago on Crunchy Roll. It makes me so happy that I wanted to make a quick little post about it! <3

 The show follows a Panda that befriends a group of animals who hang out at Polar Bear's cafe. They go on cute adventures and the stories are "slice of life" style - my favorite! Panda is a hilarious character who ends up working part time at the zoo in between their adventures... so now when I'm at the Atlanta zoo I like to joke that that the two pandas there are him and his coworker! 

There isn't too much else to say about the show without sharing spoilers...

so I'll just share some of my favorite photos I have saved!

This Sunday is my birthday and I'm looking forward to wearing my new panda scarf and going to visit "Panda-Kun" and his coworker at the zoo again to celebrate! LOL! Here is a cute photo I took of them recently... I can totally picture the one napping in a weird pose as Panda-kun! haha!

US re-releases of Sailor Moon manga vs the old - what changed?

When I started getting the new copies of the Sailor Moon manga re-release in the mail in 2012, I decided to go through my old copies from 1998 to see what had changed! Scanned a ton of pages to do comparisons and thought I would put it together in a post for all you moonies out there to enjoy! <3

Color

One obvious new change: We finally have the color insert pages!! This was an exciting improvement for me since I only own one copy of the Japanese original manga so many of these color pages I hadn't seen yet outside the internet!

My Samantha Thavasa Cinderella wallet + Samantha Vega purse review

 

I recently purchased a new purse and wallet from Samantha Thavasa petit choice and Samantha Vega and I'm SO happy with them that I decided to do a review! I first heard about Samantha Thavasa's bags a few years ago from a Non-no magazine I bought in Hawaii but wasn't sure what the quality was like or if it was worth the price... When I went to visit Japan in 2013, I finally got to see the bags in person and I was really impressed! They were not only cute but made very well for the price. I didn't end up buying a bag but I kept my eye on their website after that in case I found something I'd like to order...

Recently, I fell in love with the Cinderella wallet by their Petit Choice line and the bow bag from their Samantha Vega line, and I finally decided to save up the money and use a shopping service to get them. I'm so glad I did - they have turned out to be really cute and practical pieces in my wardrobe! 

The shopping service I used to order my purse and wallet is tenshishop.com! I've now ordered many things with them and definitely recommend their service if you are trying to buy something that is only sold in Japan!

 

Super Sailor Moon Petit Chara figures review!

 

All the new merchandise that has been released for the Sailor Moon 20th anniversary and for Sailor Moon Crystal has been so exciting !! I've been very tempted to buy a lot of it, but so far I've only but a few small items... 2 of those are the "petit chara" Super Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon figures above! 

I really love the detail in these tiny and cute figures! I highly recommend them and I made the above review video for anyone curious about them. I really want to get the Tuxedo Mask figure next!!

I bought my figures off of amazon, but unfortunately the seller no longer has this set of two figures available... However, you can get them also on eBay!

 

There are many items that I've admired from the recent releases - above are some of my favorites from the Isetan collection, Samantha Vega and Q-Pot. I feel like pairing the luna purse with the pocket watch necklace and one of those clothing items would make such a cute outfit!!!

My Rilakkuma Re-ment collection

I ended up ordering some of the Re-ment items I mentioned on my last post and I thought I'd share an un-boxing video review of it all!

 

Featured in the video is Rilakkuma chocolate cafe, aloha collection and the cake shop collection along with the display case, table and chairs. I bought all the items off of Strapya, Amazon and Ebay!
